Access to and use of Lindex Kosova Shop Online and www.lindexkosova.com (“the Website”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the Website, browse or place an order online, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions regarding Lindex Kosova, these terms and conditions or our website, please do not hesitate to contact customer service at: customer.service@lindexkosova.com.
To place an order on the site, you must be over 18 years old and must be a resident of the Republic of Kosovo. This website is owned and operated by the company Interex Kosova Sh.P.K, with its address at Rruga UÇK – Kompleksi Qafa, Kati i Parë, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo.
At any time, Lindex Kosova may modify or change these Terms and Conditions to correct errors or to comply with new legal or technical requirements. The Customer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the Purchase Order.
All notices in accordance with the Terms and Conditions will be sent to the email address provided by the Consumer at the time the Consumer registers when making a purchase. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order will apply to the order, even when there are subsequent changes. These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosova.

Please read our privacy policy at Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs the way in which we collect, use, keep and disclose the information collected from you. This privacy policy applies to the website and all the products and services offered by us.

Lindex Kosova only accepts orders placed through our website. We currently cannot accept orders by telephone, email or post. To place an order via the website, you must be over 18 years old and reside in Kosovo. You must also give us the delivery address and other contact information (such as email and mobile phone number).
You can do this through the “shopping basket” when you complete your order or by registering a user profile on our website. Items in the basket are not reserved until the moment your order has been submitted and confirmed by Lindex in Kosove via your email.
Each product offered for sale can be selected in the dedicated section of the website and will display the photo, the price of the product, the colours and the size of the product (where applicable).
The contract and order confirmation
When you order products on the website, the purchase contract becomes binding only after you have received an order confirmation from Lindex Kosova at your email address (Order Confirmation). You will receive a confirmation email when Lindex Kosova registers the order and processes the payment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or on any official holiday will be confirmed no later than the next working day at 22:00.
To complete a Purchase Order for the selected Products, the Customer will need to follow the instructions and procedures provided on the website. After successfully placing the Purchase Order and fully completing the order form, the Customer will receive a confirmation from Lindex Kosova by email, which contains a summary of the details of the ordered Products and the delivery details, if applicable.
The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the content of each Purchase Order they place before confirmation of the Order and is responsible for completing the purchase form according to the instructions given on the website. Before the completion of each Order, the Customer will be asked to confirm that they have read carefully and that they accept the Terms and Conditions. In the event that the Customer does not accept the Terms and Conditions, the Purchase Order will not be processed.
If the Customer wishes to make changes or corrections to the Purchase Order after confirmation, the Customer must contact Customer Care on the telephone number or at the email shown in the “Contact” section on the official Lindex Kosova website. A confirmed Purchase Order cannot be modified or cancelled by the Customer because we will immediately begin working on your order.
Prices and payment
All prices on the site are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices on the day the buyer completes the order will be valid throughout the entire purchase process.
The total price for each Purchase Order will also include the shipping cost calculated as set out in Article 7 of these Terms.
Lindex Kosova reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered at any time and without notice. The prices published on the website at the time of confirmation of the Purchase Order are the prices that will apply to such an Order.
Payment methods
The Lindex Kosova online shop accepts the following payment methods for orders on the site:
Pagesa me kartele te kreditit/debitit — The successful completion of each Purchase Order will take place only after verification of the Customer's bank card details and after authorisation to carry out the charge for the Purchase Order on that card. When you pay using a credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard), the amount applied will be reserved on your card until the items are prepared and dispatched to you.
All payments made with a credit or debit card are processed through our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP), which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology in encrypted form, ensuring a high level of security for the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS.
Payment by cash on delivery — If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, once you have confirmed your order, we will send it to your contact address and, when you receive the delivery from the postman, you are required to pay the order amount including VAT plus the delivery costs.
Discounts, offers and promotional codes
Lindex Kosova may from time to time offer promotional offers and discounts with or without a promotional code. Promotions with a code are usually valid only once and, once used, are deactivated. The discount will be applied at the moment of purchase confirmation. Discounts cannot be added after the order has been confirmed, so make sure that the discount code is entered before you complete the purchase and payment.
Lindex Kosova reserves the right not to carry out the return and exchange of products that are on sale and on promotional offers.
Availability and delivery
The customer accepts that the stocks of products offered on the website are limited. From time to time, some products may not be available. In this case, Lindex Kosova will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Lindex Kosova will make its best efforts to fulfil each Purchase Order within 48 hours and in any case from the date of receipt of the Order. In cases of various offers and discounts, delivery of the order may take longer than 48 hours.
Order dispatch
Orders and purchases will be shipped using the postal service selected by Lindex Kosova at its own discretion. Orders are fulfilled and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends as well as official holidays.
Currently, Lindex Kosova offers product sales only within Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.
Lindex Kosova aims to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours, once the order is confirmed by us. During peak seasons or on special offers, campaigns and events, delivery, as well as delivery to remote areas, the delivery time may be extended to 3-5 days. Delivery is also possible to North Macedonia and the shipment may arrive within 3-5 working days.
The delivery cost for the completed order is 2.30 €, regardless of how many items you order. The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.

The customer shall inspect the products immediately at the moment of delivery to determine conformity with the Order placed. The customer must notify Lindex Kosova of any possible defect (e.g. the packaging shows evidence of damage, damage to the product or differences between the products and those ordered under the Purchase Order).
Product return and refund
Under the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Kosova, a purchase through www.lindexkosova.com is considered a distance sale. The law grants the buyer the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Return and exchange policies at Lindex Kosova
The customer has the right to return the product from their Order in the event of a discrepancy between the product ordered and the product received, by returning the products within 10 days from the date of delivery.
For full-price products, Lindex Kosova offers the option of return or exchange within 10 days from the date the product is delivered, provided that the returned items retain their original tags, are unused and are in their original condition.
For products that are in Final Sale (Zbritje Finale), only the option of exchanging the size or item within 10 days from the date the product is received is available. Refunds do not apply to products in Final Sale.
Product return procedure
You can return and exchange the product in two ways:
In store – you must bring with you the items you wish to return or exchange, as well as the receipt that came with your order.
By post – send us an email at customer.service@lindexkosova.com to begin the return or refund procedure. By email you must send the Cancellation Request, which must contain the order number, the code of the item to be returned and, in the case of a refund, the fiscal receipt number.
In the case of a return or exchange, the postage cost is the buyer's responsibility, except in cases where the order was not delivered in accordance with the order placed and the terms of purchase. Returning items in store is free of charge.

In the event of termination of the contract, the customer is entitled to a refund or exchange of the product. The refund is made after the product has been received and after verification that it is undamaged and in order. The seller is obliged to return the amount paid by the customer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal declaration, once the product has been received.
A refund is issued only if the buyer has followed the returns procedure and is made in the same way as the original payment. In the case of returning items paid for by card, the refund will be made only through the same bank card.
What cannot be returned and exchanged?
Returns and exchanges are not permitted for products that are on Sale and that are part of a specific promotional Offer. For hygiene reasons, no return or exchange is offered for:

- Underwear: Briefs and Bras
- Cosmetics and earrings, if they have been removed from their sealed packaging
Exchanging the product size or style
If, after receiving the item, you wish to exchange it for a different size or for another item of the same or higher price category, contact us by email at customer.service@lindexkosova.com. You must have the order/invoice number to hand and tell us the code and size of the item you would like.
The product must be returned in proper condition, unused and in its original undamaged packaging, together with the fiscal receipt. The buyer may begin the exchange procedure within 10 days from receipt of the product. The cost of exchange and refund is covered by the buyer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

If you notice a lack of conformity in the purchased product under the Consumer Protection Law, send an email to customer.service@lindexkosova.com with your details (first name, surname, telephone) and a description of the problem.
If you have received your order and, after opening the packaging, you notice that the item does not match the order or the invoice, please contact us within 24 hours. Within 7 days of receiving the complaint, you will receive a response and instructions on the next steps.
Processing of personal data
The customer accepts and authorises the use and processing of personal data by Lindex Kosova at the moment of placing the Purchase Order. The customer gives their consent and authorisation for Lindex Kosova to store, process, analyse and use the personal data collected for the purposes of this order, within the time limits set by the legislation on the protection of personal data.
Responsibility
Lindex Kosova reserves the right to withdraw from delivery of the order if there has been a clear and obvious price error on the website. In such a case, Lindex Kosova will inform you without delay of the error and will notify you of the correct price.
The items sold on lindexkosova.com are offered solely for private consumer use. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purpose or for resale. Any reproduction, copying, downloading, storage, transmission or similar activity in relation to the texts and images displayed on lindexkosova.com without the prior written permission of Lindex Kosova is prohibited.
Lindex Kosova will have the right to suspend the use of lindexkosova.com at any time, for example due to maintenance procedures.
Changes to our terms and conditions
If we decide to change or update our terms and conditions, we will update the modification date of the terms and conditions given below.
