- Keep your arms relaxed at your sides and measure over the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level around the body.
- Beli
- Measure around the waist; keep one finger between the waist and the tape measure for an accurate measurement.
- Vithet
- Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below the waist.
- Inside leg length
- Measure the inside leg length from the crotch straight down to the floor. Or measure a pair of trousers that fit you well, from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

- Raise your arms and measure around the fullest part of the chest.
- B. Beli
- Measure around the waist at the level of the navel. Keep one finger between the waist and the tape for a more accurate measurement.
- C. Vithet
- Make sure the child's legs are close together and measure the hips at their widest point.
- D. Inside leg length
- Measure the inside leg length from the crotch straight down to the floor. Or measure a pair of trousers that fit well.
- E. Head size
- Measure the circumference of the head with a tape measure, just above the eyebrows, for the correct hat size.
- F. Total length
- Have the child stand with their back against the wall, with heels touching the wall. Measure from the heel to the top of the head, without shoes.
