Responsibilities and area of work:
- Customer care and service.
- Organising the supply from the time of arrival in store through to the sale.
- Engagement and cooperation with the team during campaigns and in-store activities.
- Ongoing education and training in accordance with the official guidelines and documents of Lindex – Sudi for this job position.
- Creating a pleasant working atmosphere in the store.
Qualifications (Education) and Skills:
- Secondary school diploma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates with knowledge of the English language have an advantage.
- Increased focus on customers and the business.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Independence at work, along with an inclination to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Work experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of sales and fashion.
- Work experience in the position of Sales Assistant.
Performance evaluation:
- Performance while working in a team.
- Performance in line with the annual objectives set for the job position.
